• To facilitate Donors & Sponsors through "One Window Operation" for judicious geographical deployment in the affected area;
• To match the sponsor's preference consonant to location and the sector to possible extent to avoid duplication;
• To maintain liaison with Donors and Sponsors for smooth implementation of the Relief, Recovery & Reconstruction Projects;
