The (LoA) of the day was signed between NDMA’s Tech Early Warning Wing and LIMS (Land Information Management System) Pvt. Ltd. 

Signed at 1300 hrs on 10th December, the agreement marks a significant step forward as NDMA’s Senior Directors and Mr. Usman Shaukat Ghumman, CEO of LIMS, formalized a shared vision for stronger disaster resilience.

Through this collaboration, both organizations will work together to:

Strengthen proactive and pre-emptive disaster mitigation

Enhance national forecasting and preparedness systems

Jointly analyze historical disaster data to improve future projections
