NDMA launched a comprehensive three-day Multi-Hazard Simulation Exercise aimed at enhancing national preparedness and response capabilities. The opening day brought together Probationary Assistant Commissioners and Section Officers, marking an important step in building a skilled cadre of future disaster management leaders.

The initiative has been organized by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in close collaboration with the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Balochistan, Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA), academic institutions, and representatives from national and international partner organizations.

Training sessions were facilitated by Manager Training (NIDM), along with a team of experienced subject-matter experts, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning environment.

This simulation exercise is designed to strengthen coordination, enhance decision-making capabilities, and prepare our civil service officers to effectively safeguard communities during multi-hazard events.
