Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni visited the NDMA's National Emergencies Operation Center accompanied by a high-level delegation. The Iranian delegation included other important figures, including the Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam. Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry was also present with the Iranian delegation. NDMA Chairman Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik welcomed the delegation to the NEOC.

 The delegation was briefed on the NDMA's modern disaster management system, early warning system, and measures to deal with natural disasters. The NDMA briefed the delegation on disaster response, the early warning system, and timely measures. NDMA Chairman Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik emphasized the importance of cooperation and exchange of experiences between the two countries. A detailed briefing was given on the capacity scope of the NEOC, the early warning system, and the effective use of national resources. 

The delegation was also given a detailed briefing regarding the risks faced by Pakistan and neighboring countries during 2026. The delegation appreciated Pakistan's National Emergencies Operation Center and the modern system for disaster response.
