NDMA conducted a briefing session for Pakistan's Armed Forces officers regarding the state-of-the-art National Emergencies Operation Centre .The briefing included presentation of capabilities of National Emergencies Operation Center (NEOC) for early warning system, proactive preparedness, global outreach and risk communication in an effective manner.
