NDMA, in collaboration with WFP, PDMA Balochistan, and Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water & Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), concluded the three-day District Level Training on Anticipatory Action for Gwadar and Lasbela at Lasbela University.
 
Day 3 focused on strengthening response preparedness and practical safety skills. Participants received hands-on fire safety training, enhancing their capacity to prevent, manage, and respond effectively to fire-related emergencies at the community and institutional levels.
 
The concluding sessions reflected on key learnings from all three days, reinforcing the importance of early warning, early action, coordination, and local capacity-building to reduce disaster risks and protect vulnerable communities.
