The delegation from NDMA, visited the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore to strengthen collaboration in the fields of disaster risk reduction, emergency preparedness, and technology-driven resilience.

The delegation was received by the Vice Chancellor during the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities for institutional collaboration in research, innovation, capacity building, and the development of engineering-based solutions to enhance Pakistan's disaster preparedness and resilience.

The NDMA delegation also toured UET Lahore's advanced academic and research laboratories, where ongoing research initiatives and innovative technologies relevant to disaster management and national resilience were showcased.

NDMA remains committed to fostering partnerships with leading academic and research institutions to promote innovation, strengthen national preparedness, and build a safer, more resilient Pakistan.
